These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Still Them(the "Service") ("we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Still Them lets you upload a photo and receive an AI-enhanced version. You may preview a watermarked result for free and pay to download a full-resolution, watermark-free file.

2. Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for anything done through your use of the Service.

3. Your content

• You must own or have the right to upload and process each image you submit.
• You must not upload unlawful content, content depicting minors inappropriately, or images of other people without their consent.
• You retain ownership of your images. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide your result.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, resell it without permission, or use it to create misleading or harmful imagery.

5. Payments

Prices are shown before purchase and charged through our payment processor. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which offers a 14-day money-back guarantee.

6. AI results disclaimer

AI enhancement is provided on a best-effort basis. Results vary with input quality and we do not guarantee any specific outcome. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or suspend the Service at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom.
