Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your restored photo. Still Them offers a 14-day money-back guarantee.

1. Our guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, contact us within 14 days of payment and we will refund you in full — no questions asked. The refund covers the $4.90 (or applicable amount) you paid. Unused credits are always refundable, and if a restoration fails on our end, the credit is re-credited automatically — you are never charged for a result you didn't get.

Refunds are issued per purchase, not per credit: photos you've already downloaded and kept from that purchase are still covered within the same 14-day window. We don't nickel-and-dime a refund down for credits you happened to use first.

2. How to request a refund

Email support@stillthem.com from the address you used at checkout, including your order or payment reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

3. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Fair use

The guarantee is intended for genuine dissatisfaction. We may decline repeated or abusive refund requests from the same customer.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under United Kingdom consumer law.
